Curriculum Overview

“Curriculum” refers to the course of study we follow to develop students into the “Portrait of a Graduate,” beginning in Kindergarten and following through Twelfth Grade.  Our curriculum follows a scope and sequence that reflects our classical philosophy and covers content that prepares students for their next steps into adult life, whether those steps are into vocational training, technical college, or continued education at a major private or public university.

We align our curriculum to standards established by professional groups and experts in each field of study, giving us an objective standard to use for measuring the quality of our educational program.  We also use the Stanford Achievement Test and the PSAT for additional data in developing the strength of our curriculum, even as we teach each subject from a decidedly Biblical perspective on reality as God made it.
