Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does Covenant have an After-School Program?
  • Yes! We provide extended care both before and after school each day for students on an as-needed basis. For more information see our Extended Care page.
  • What if my child has never had Latin?
  • That is usually not a problem. Many students who enter Covenant in middle school have not had Latin before. We provide extra Latin tutoring for these students to help get them up to speed. Most are able to successfully do all of the assigned classwork by the second semester. Our teachers also recommend that parents work with in-coming students on Latin during the summer before they first enroll for children in Grades 4-8.
  • Do I have to attend church to enroll my child in Covenant?
  • Yes. Covenant Classical Christian School’s exists to help Christian families raise their children to know, love, and serve God. Regular church attendance and fellowship in a local congregation is essential to achieving this goal. Families who have not been attending church regularly, but who profess faith in Jesus Christ, may be accepted to the school on a provisional basis until regular church attendance can be established. Similarly, a grace period is extended to families who have just moved to the area and who are still looking for a home church. Covenant Classical Christian School is not open to families who do not attend church or profess faith in Jesus Christ at this time.
  • Does Covenant offer any scholarship programs?
  • We do not have scholarships, but tuition assistance is available. For more information, please contact our School Office.
